Holiday Inn Express in Hammersmith is awesome! It's in a great location (walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops) and the breakfast options are expansive for being included in the nightly rate. Staff are super friendly. Location is close to several parks and Underground stops. We would stay here on our next visit!

Rooms are small and too much noise from the surrounding rooms. The doors slam so very loud. Limited breakfast so we never really go get it. 2 small and slow elevators. 10 minute walk to nearest train station. Overpriced compared to others but it was a last minute booking.

This was a great experience. Great location and great staff! Our heater was broken in the room on a very cold day but thankfully the staff was very quick and able to get a portable heater that worked fine. Also, the pub downstairs does get very loud so just an fyi if you are a light sleeper.

My stay was short but the property is close to nearly everything one might want to make an holiday fun- restaurant, stores, movies even a train station so you move around quickly. It was a great place to stay. The one thing though is, the stafff can be more accommodating and warm. Otherwise a lovely place to stay and I would stay again.
