Really spacious, amazing staff and fantastic location! For a family of 3, this was a great place to have asbase while we explored London. 5 mins walk from Earls Court station.
Staff were lovely as well.

We stayed 4 nights August 2026. Terrible, The hotel lost water and toilet facilities one day, hotel never provided bottle water. For a full day and a half we had no wifi , phone was intermittent. The breakfast, though good , was across the street . I didn’t see and dinner restaurant nor room service. Maintenance arrived one morning at 8 am! Staff at times were not able to know direction. Late one evening a flashing light went off from the ceiling. No one at reception were answering phones to explain. We headed to lobby and met many many others wondering what was going on….. we were told it was a fire alarm!,,, What’s no bells or sirens but a blinking light. We stayed at many Riu hotels and this by far was the worst.
