Ivan at the swim up bar, Marcos at the breakfast buffet, ximena at the cevicheria, Pablo at the Asian restaurant, Ricardo at the activities booth, all went above and beyond. Resort was clean, my room was also stocked with drinks and clean, all in all a great experience. "

"I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The food was good, the service was good. My only thing we paid for ocean view king rooms and we did not receive that; my view was of the roof top restaurant and my daughters room view was of a wall. I will stay here again next year but hopefully we will get our ocean views that we will pay for. "
