"Clean rooms, and a nice pool"

"This property desperately needs to be updated. The rooms are marginally comfortable. I understand there are water pressure issues in town, but totally losing water mid shower is not a great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. View and location are great, but would not stay here again. "

"Staff were so nice I got to meet couple off staff remembers I don’t remember there names. First day we got there we met a gentleman and took good care of us brought our bag to our room while we got breakfast and had the A/C on for when we got there. Rooftop view was view amazing we had security. Room was clean kitchen was clean. No problem with loud music or anything. Close to restaurants/ beaches walking range. Will be staying there again! Thank you to the staff again. Juan and the other ladies I met. Make sure you are ready to walk up the stairs I did not mind it! We felt very safe being there and staying in puerto Vallarta Mexico and traveling to other cities/ towns near by. Wanted to input this here since the week that we stayed there, there was incidents regarding the burning of Oxxo and kiosco, the week before. There were reports stating it’s not safe/ but for me I did not see that and was able to walk at night/ daylight without any problem. "

"The pool area was awesome. If you’re in the mood to be around the party, just hang out by the pool bar. If you’re in the mood for quiet, hang out at the vacation club pool that has the jacuzzi. The beach access is also awesome! Best restaurant was Umai, I highly recommend it!"

"Did not receive the room I booked online. Booked two queen beds, room had one bed. Had a Junior Suite room- not sure why they are called that. One, bed, one chair and a desk. Would like to see at minimum a small fridge, as was difficult to get ice for our outside drinks."

"Food at Freddy's Tucan was great. Hotel staff was amazing. Older property, but well kept. Great location, walk to just about anything. Would definitely stay there again. "
