"We had a lovely stay! The area was safe, and the hotel was clean. We had and all inclusive package we purchased from Expedia which also included our plane tickets as well. We ate all our meals at the beautiful sister property Playa Los Arcos which had the restaurant at their Resort. It was a short walk to get to the neighboring property across the street and wasn't a problem at all for us each day. The air conditioning was great in our room and our bed was comfortable. I will mention that the room is small but it was absolutely sufficient for us to sleep and shower. There also is a pool on the 4th floor, which also has lounge chairs for relaxing. There's also an area to eat and get drinks up by the pool on the site. The Beach views were great from the sister property and I also was able to order drinks while lounging at the beach as part of my all-inclusive package. We had a great time and on Saturday the hotel included a free performance while we ate dinner . I also highly recommend the rhythms of the night show as well which has nothing to do with this hotel but was a wonderful experience."

"I don’t usually leave reviews and I travel very often. This is my third time staying at Blue Chairs. I remember my first visit I read the reviews AFTER booking…. I was actually scared to arrive unsure of what to expect due to negative reviews that some people leave. This visit while enjoying some beautiful beach time and sun, I overheard one patron complaining, being so negative and loudly mentioning how badly he couldn’t wait to write his negative review which encouraged me-to leave this one. The staff are so kind despite the behaviours they are met with daily by uncultured and rude “travellers”. I have never had any issues with the rooms, they are always so clean, safe and air conditioning/balconies always working for me. You literally can walk to the beach, steps from your room and have a chair, beach and great service within metres of your room. Just remember before reading all the reviews that some of these monsters trolling one of the oldest and original LGBTQ+ businesses that we actually have left in our continent and people you may not want to even be sitting next to on the beach or heaven forbid travel with may be the ones writing that review…. Take it with a grain of salt sometimes and what you go looking for you will find in PVR!!! A magical place!! Thank you Blue Chairs for a safe, comfortable and lovely vacation!!! I will be back!! <3"

"I had issues with room 24 toilet to small closet doors broken please fix it, but the main recep switch me right away to another room #4 it was very nice love it I ll be back soon I actually schedule my May 2026 vacation and pay for it already same hotel hope same room, the team was super nice the recep and cleaning crew always with a big smile love them thank you again for making my vacation been so pleasant having a great and nice time in PV love this town the best."
