Hotel is very central to all the bars and nightlife. Be warned this does mean it is noisy until 4am. The hotel also has very limited front desk hours which makes it inconvenient to get any support or even simple things like beach towels. Other than this the hotel is very clean and fairly well maintained.

Easy location for clubbing and nightlife. Two strip clubs next door. Some caveats, only one key is provided even for a group of three people. The ceilings in both bedrooms and closets leak. And the air conditioning only worked in one of the two bedrooms, although a fan was provided.

The rooms were much more than we were expecting, clean , fragrant, spacious. The after hours coded entry door is a very smart and made me feel very safe. The staff was so pleasant, although my Spanish was pretty basic, we communicated just fine.

Not an option if you want to sleep at night

This would be an amazing place to say with one drawback the suites are all over a strip club (Wet) which begins its furniture moving bass speakers at 9pm and maintains full volume until 3 am. Even with earplugs there is no hope of sleeping. You are better to go watch the strippers until the club closes.

We chose this property as it is indicated that it is a hotel. I got the impression that as it is a hotel, it would have full-time front-desk staff service, at least during the day. It does not. They require a deposit. Frustratingly, they do not accept a credit card deposit. We gave them two twenties and he didn't have change. So our deposit was forty. When we were checking out, the maid was giving us thirty deposit. We wanted to speak to the frontdesk but there was nobody there. We went back and forth about the deposit, on the phone and in person - it is not the dollars but the principle. Two full days later, we just gave up.

Zero Frills, in the heart of Zona Romantic

Large Rooms, No Frills, but exactly where the party is at. The hotel is located above Wet Dreams Bar, perfectly situated in the heart of Zona Romantic. Before our trip I got nervous because other reviewers stated that if the hotel is over sold they would be placed at the sister hotel, which is not located nearby. I tried using the number provided by hotels.com and their website, none would connect. I contacted hotels.com, and they could not reach the hotel either. However upon arrival, our they did have our reservation and where not over sold. Check in does not begin until 3pm, period. We where checked promptly, all CCs accepted, 200 peso deposit, 1000 pesos promise note if you lock out the safe. Our room had 2 double beds, we quickly unpacked, turned the AC on, went to grab essentials. Upon returning the AC did not function. We where moved to a new room, without issue. The new room was large, full kitchen, 2 tables & chairs, large closet, bathroom and washroom. The ac was able to cool the room through out the heat of the day, and very comfortably at night. The shower needed a new head, bad, and the hot water didn’t last long. The kitchen had all the appliances you would need, however dated, they all worked. If you want your deposit back, make sure to leave ample time to have your room inspected before departing. The bed was sleepable, but not comfy. The pool is very warm, and more of a soaker. Overall I had low expectations, and the hotel exceed them, would book again!

No se hospeden, hay un bar de gogos que se llama Wet dreams que tiene música hasta las 4 am, las habitaciones y la cabecera de la cama están pegadas a la pared del bar. La música constante, alto volumen y no dejaban dormir hasta las 4 am que cerraba. No recomiendo hospedarse si quieren dormir bien. La atención de las recepcionistas muy buena. Pero jamás me volvería a hospedar ahí :(. Además, me tocó remodelación de habitaciones de al lado, empezaban a taladrar y partillar a las 9 am, mala suerte si ya se.
