"The location was great. The area is safe. The gate attendants were so nice. Ride the bus/van from the main road down to the beach. Loved the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby. Grocery store close by. Loved the pool area. The house could use some updates and deep clean maintenance but overall had everything we needed. Property manager was easy to contact and responsive."

"We had a wonderful stay in Yelapa. It was our first time to Yelapa, and Jay helped us organize a private boat to town from a marina close to the airport. The house is also only a minute or so from the town pier.The view from the house was unbeatable, waking up every morning was a delight, and watching sunset in the evenings was amazing as well. The crew in town, Felipe & Yanet took great care of us. The people of Yelapa were also super friendly and I can’t wait to come back.My only complaint was...
