This is a modest, and convenient hotel. It is located in the heart of the Romantic zone in Old Vallarta, and it is walking distance of everything. The hotel is quite, safe and clean, and the staff is wonderful. My mother and I enjoyed our stay, and we would come back and stay there any time

Great place for a budget stay booked room with kitchen its basically a small studio apartment.was great small balcony and plenty of windows.only down side was sketchy wifi and not very hot water.but I would stay again if I was booking a long stay

All the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the area is a bit quieter so people who find it difficult to sleep due to loud noise may enjoy resting at this hotel! Would definitely book again!

The property is well within walking distance of the malecon and the downtown center. Many bars and restaurants to choose from as well as street food vendors. Can be a little noisy at night but you do get use to it. Stayed 11 nights and would definately stay at the property on future trips. The staff were amazing, very friendly.

The staff were wonderfully pleasant and helpful. The building is clean and feels secluded, while being a very short walk from great cafes and shops. This is the most reasonably priced and nicest hotel I’ve found in Puerto Vallarta.

Perfect location in Old Town.

Nice clean well furnished room. Everything worked as it should. Nice big pot of American coffee in the morning in the lobby. Nice relaxing rooftop that could use a little more furniture (I layed on a towel on the concrete) very friendly and helpful desk staff and maid.

This is a place to go if you want traditional charm (exactly what I like). Not the place for luxury, or modern. It has all the basics. With the amazing walkability does come some noise though. You can always hear some traffic, but it is relatively quiet otherwise.

This was my First time, staying. For the most part, it was a pleasant stay. I adored the location. Very Friendly and Attentive Staff. One suggestion...when taking shower, a BATH MAT placed outside, would be helpful as, the floor can get slippery, when wet. * I almost slipped, twice.*

It was a quaint hotel. Very simple no frill rooms. The cleaning staff were great. Cleaned room daily, only wish they’d provide extra towels. The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful when I asked for guidance. The location was great close to beach, shops, restaurants. Very walkable!
