I remember 30 years ago it looked a bit tired, and it still is a bit tired with."good enough" repairs evident in and it of the unit. But, i find it comfortable, quiet, good a/c, acceptable water pressure and hot water. The staff is very pleasant. The restaurant Maximilian out front is very good and reasonably priced for breakfast or a gourmet dinner. My only complaint is that the limited number of pool chairs are reserved or otherwise "claimed" early each morning. "
