We flew into PV and the hotel arranged a taxi to boca, where a panga was waiting for us. Abbey was our panga driver whenever he needed us (for an extra fee) and he was great. It was just fine for us because the only noise was the sound of waves against the rocks below our room. Also, communication was excellent for us due to problems with Expedia but our hostess patient and helpful. The rooftop patio was lovely with great views of the harbour. "Casa Gratitud was everything we hoped it would be. We enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous home overlooking the bay. The home was clean and well appointed with most everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weeklong stay. Do be warned that there are 200 stairs from the trail to the house. We enjoyed the daily workout and the view is worth it!Make sure that the water taxi drops you off at the correct pier when you arrive as there are two in the town.
