Unfortunately this was the worst all-inclusive I’ve been to. The dining options had limited hours, at times during the day there was NOTHING available. No food allowed on the beach or pool areas, as well as no servers. Breakfast was not available until 7:00am, no coffee or tea even available - which are typically in the lobby. The food was essentially the same at all the restaurants, even though they had different themes. My friend chose this place due to the vegan/vegetarian options - THAT WERE NONEXISTENT. Not many of the employees (other than the front desk) spoke English, so basic communication was difficult - and ignored. One employee (Nuria) seemed to enjoy being caddy to guests. I spoke to the desk immediately about her rude behavior - which was also completely ignored. For so many reasons I would never stay there again. Very disappointing for a RIU Property.

The property is generally in good shape and the staff was very nice and cheery. Food options were good and you could ask for "top shelf" drinks instead of the well drinks. It is a bit of a walk to get to the beach and pool areas but it is a nice walk. It is geared to a younger crowd that likes to party. I stayed here for 8 days while working in the area and would stay again. Some maintenance is needed. My sliding door to my balcony would not open correctly and I would have to lift it off the rails to get it to open. In room drink service is performed every two days but I had to run my service person down a couple of times to get water and drinks resupplied.

Everything was good. The food was very good. The property is like it shows on the pictures very nice and private area. The only thing I didn’t like is that if you’re not American looking, you do get a little bit of discrimination from the workers.
