"Beautiful property and a nice sandy beach with many umbrellas for shade . Some chairs needed replacing but were some good ones "

"We arrived about an hour early and were pleased that our room was already ready. The room was spacious with a separate sitting area/couch and decent size deck. There is a kitchenette as well (but not microwave). The room was a little dated and is due for some updating. That said, the staff were all very helpful and outgoing. The clerk who checked us in (I didn't get her name) was really friendly and made sure we had all the information about the 3 hotels/resorts and what amenities we would find at the other properties. And Emilliano the night clerk gave us all kinds of information and helped us with out practicing our Spanish. Los Arcos suites is sister properties with Casa Susana across the street and Playa Los Arcos 1 block away that has direct beach access. All in all this hotel is due for a little bit of a makeover, but if you are overlook that, you should really enjoy your stay. We tend to not spend much time in our room or the hotel, unless at the pool, so we don't need 5 star amenities. Also the location can't be beat. For the money, Los Arcos Suites was a great value. I would defintiely stay here again. "

"Really enjoyed our stay and staff was excellent, you couldn’t ask for a better location. Only issue we had was mattresses were to firm for our liking other than that great place."
