The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . "To review this property, you must rate the check in/out process differently from the condo/building itself. The check in/out process is super inconvenient. I would give it a 2/10. You must get your keys from another hotel that is eight blocks away (0.4 miles). This is not a “short walk” as it is stated. Dragging your luggage through the streets is not ideal. We got to the hotel at 11:30 am to check-in and was told our room would be ready at 1:30pm. That was as expected since check in was...

"We loved staying here as it was super quiet and a very inexpensive Uber ride down to the Malecon, also alot of great breakfast & dinner options! However, the beds are very firm and difficult to sleep on - which if you enjoy really firm beds, this will be a plus for you! It was however a downfall for my husband and I and we got little sleep during our stay due to the beds. They have a great little communal kitchen and pool area :)"

"I stayed 2 weeks. It is very close to the beach! Walking distance to the Malecon. The room was large with a kitchenette. A microwave would have been a great addition but you can certainly survive without one. Bed was comfortable. There's also a small "balcony" off the bedroom. It would have been nice to have chairs.The pool isn't as large as it looks in the photos but was still great to use. Not at all that noisy. Staff are very helpful and friendly! "

"The best luxury adult only LGBT resort to be at. Plenty of options to stay on the beach, go to the pool party right off the beach, lounge under the sun at a calmer infinity pool at a higher floor or hangout at the rooftop Skybar. The stay was amazing and the rooms were clean. Truly giving luxurious resort living vibes. We were greeted and inducted around the hotel by Andres who was really helpful with sharing tips of where to go, what to do and where to eat outside of the resort. Totally walkable to all major attractions."
