"The resort is very kid friendly with plenty of activities for them. The food was good but the menu needs updating. Very clean and comfortable beds. The pool areas are kept very clean and beautiful. I would go and stay at this resort again."

"We stayed just one night as it was near the airport. Room was clean and comfortable, amenities were good. There was water in the room. We had a great balcony that we unfortunately didn’t have time to utilize. Older hotel with lots of character. The grounds were lovely and on the marina. Dinner at La Palapa was not fancy, just basic but decent and service was great. We left early in the morning so didn’t access breakfast. Would have been nice if they offered muffins and fruit to those leaving early. Other than that we’d definitely stay again for short visits. "

"Was there for a week, our room was always clean and restocked with fresh towels every day. Loved the small fridge that allowed us to keep cold beer in our room.The 2 beers and soda they keep in the fridge is top dollar, for the price of one of their beers i bought a 6 pack at the grocery store in the Marina. also yummy snacks, chips peanuts, fresh mexican bread for morning coffee. The coffee at the hotel is fantastic, loved our morning Lattes on our ocean view balcony. The best cocktails i had was at the tapas bar which used to be the lobby bar. Their Champions sports bar did not offer draft beer beer, and neither did the pool bars. The pool temperature is nice and warm, it stays open until 9:00PM saw some people in there past 9. The hotel staff told me the hotel will undergo major construction in may with additional towers being added. and 2 new restaurants added including a Italian restaurant."

"The ocean view was awesome. The staff were friendly. The unit was adequate, but could use some updating in the living room such as new recliners and couch . The bedroom was very dated and could use a fresh look. The downside to this unit was that the guest was required to pay and provide their own dish soap, dish towels and cloths as well as paper towels. Nothing was supplied for the guest to use to maintain a clean kitchen. It appeared that the previous guest (or cleaning staff) cleared out everything. It was even expected that the guest wash the extra linens if they used them, however there was no washing machine in the unit. Overall our stay was good/excellent with the exception of these extra purchases. "

"We had an incredible time at the Westin Resort and Spa in Puerto Vallarta and look forward to returning when it transitions to an all-inclusive. From the moment Ricardo greeted us upon arrival to the moment our housekeeper Margarita wished us a good trip home, every single staff member we encountered was fantastic. Without a doubt, this is the best treatment I've received at any hotel or resort I've visited in over 50 years of travelling. As a bonus, it was nice to stay at the resort where one of my favorite Apple TV shows was filmed: Acapulco!"
