We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The staff were wonderful. The sister property (Playa Los Arcos) where we had our meals was also great. The location of the hotel put us in the heart of everything we wanted.

Really enjoyed my stay here, the location is great, loved having access to the bigger hotel and also having a more private roof top pool! Only downside was the bar was always closed so could only get drinks at the other hotel. A/C worked really well in the rooms and friendly staff. Overall it was great!

It’s our second visit to Casa Susana, location is perfect, with beach beds and umbrellas included. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet is very good. The rooftop pool and view are a perfect spot for sunset! We absolutely loved everything about our stay and will come back!

The hotel was lovely, the pool fantastic, due to low season there was no service to get your drinks or snacks, we paid for All inclusive, so if you need water , drink or anything you have to go down to their sister property Los Arcos and get it yourself, the dinner buffet is a hit and miss, we ended skip it and going out to dinner since there is so many restaurant around the property. Overall was good experience, if I go back? Not sure maybe I explore another all inclusive.

I stayed in one of the renovated rooms with a balcony! It was a nice room and had great closet storage. The bathroom area was spacious as well. The balcony was a nice place to sit. The rooftop was awesome! Very beautiful and great views. You have access to the pools at the Los Arcos Suites across the street and also to the beach club/pool at Playa Los Arcos. They were all great locations to hang out at! Very close to the beach, shops, restaurants. The staff were also very friendly! I really enjoyed my stay here!
