"Excellent hotel, very friendly and professional staff, the hotel is a bit far from the "action" in Puerto Vallarta, but this depends what you are looking for. Interesting mix of guests, young / old, Mexicans / Non-Mex variety, always had a good talk. For Golf courses you will need to drive approx 45-60 min, but the courses are very nice. There is a Scuba shop on-site, dive site in general are good and Dive Masters / Instructors very knowlegable."

"Definitely returning. The staff went above and beyond. Food was fresh and good. They need to fix the elevator in one of the buildings so that there is two working at all times, but other than that, no complaints. The beach is beautiful and did not need water shoes at all. Sure, the ocean is not calm as in the Caribbean side, but it is still nice to get in once you time the waves to get through.

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and grounds were beautiful. I would say the gym was adequate but nothing special for equipment. The room was very big, but has a lot of space that was poorly utilized. There could have been more storage for clothes and personal belongings. In our room one of the windows/motors for the automatic blinds was popping over and over again during the day. Our door didn’t shut on its own. These were small issues overall. The bed was very comfortable and the room automation was a great feature. Resort food was an 8/10. We had an excellent time and we will go back."
"Every year we stay at Casa Iguana for a month we love it there its such a beautiful place that staff and house cleaners are so nice and accommodating the hotel restaurant is really great too. It’s quiet and relaxing Canela the hotel dog is so sweet. We will miss her. See you next year.
