"We came during Thanksgiving, and the staff were completely overwhelmed. Long waits to talk to anyone, and when you did reach them the staff was understandably tired and surly. The location is ideal, but perhaps try them when it’s not so busy. "

"I didn't enjoy the breakfast menu. European hotels have a lot more generous continental meals. I didn't feel the variety day to day and quality of the food was not great. My room didn't have free bottle of water. While I appreciated green room service, the service was not neat enough. I wish they picked up the dirty towels as they stock the new. "

"This was my second overnight stay in Manhattan. I chose a room on the 12th floor and we had an awesome view of the city! Our room was much larger than I expected a typical room to be. The only Improvement would be a full length mirror outside of the bathroom. The room was clean and the few staff we came in contact with we're very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!"
