My experience was horrible! The hotel room was extremely nasty and unsanitary. Toilet was dirty and sheets had stains on it. Management refused to send a housekeeper to clean it.

King size bed was very comfy! it had a pillowtop mattress and nice fluffy pillows. we had a big hot tub in the room (no jets) that was very enjoyable. Appliances outdated a bit. There was some noise from kids running around but otherwise quiet. There was body wash and lotions provided but little else. But overall very enjoyable

Very comfortable room (Queen Royal Tower) for the price. Location is great. Downside is no refrigerator, had to buy a small cooler and constantly fill it with the hotel ice for cold drinks.

Super fun, clean, any food or amenities you could want are nearby. Many staff members seemed tired and a bit grouchy but who cares :) Also EVERYTHING is expensive - no more deals in Vegas these days (a $20 bill is the new $5 bill so be prepared to overpay for just about everything you use or consume).

Disappointed in the room at the price point! No coffee available in the rooms - had to walk a distance early in the morning for Starbucks or Krispy Cream, no bottled water in the room, no place to hang towels for the shower, no clock in the room, no charging ports in the room - glad I bring my own. The beds were decent but pillows poor quality, no extra blankets, & bring your own hair conditioner. These things are by themselves minor but for the expense, shouldn’t the guest get a bit of hospitality? Would not recommend unless all you do is stay up at night & sleep little!

The first room we received had blood splatter all over the curtains, air conditioner and the bathroom floor. Absolutely disgusting and just shows how they truly don't put much effort into the cleanliness of the rooms. There was no mini fridge, microwave nor coffee pot. The bed board had lights removed on the upper corners in which the electrical chords were still showing. All in all quite disappointed for a first time experience.

Clean & Comfortable beds. That's where compliments end. Check in process was a small nightmare but better than the parking (at times triple charged for it). The check-in kiosks have issues and only 2 people on floor to assist. Water was shut off in room without notification for at least a half hour. Grey sludge came out of faucets after water came back on. Front desk initial response was ' everyone knows you can't drink the water, it's on the state website'. Had to press her to send maintenance up to witness the grey goo coming out of faucets which she suggested was probably 'just chemicals' ??? (We were brushing teeth when water was shut off. Brushed with overpriced bottled water after). Lady quickly retracted statement about it was possibly chemicals coming out of the faucet when we asked what kind of chemicals then tried to tell us that we're putting words in her mouth. I would most definitely not stay at Excalibur again. In the casino if you need any kind of liquid to stay hydrated it's best to bring your own. I did notice two waitresses but rarely did I see them in the areas away from the tables. Cleaning staff does keep the areas around the machines nice and tidy. Resort fees are added when you check in and it may say that in small print when you make reservation Just about anything you eat at Excalibur will cost you $25 whether it's a burger or hot dog or Chinese food, etc. Long steep ramp to enter & exit Excalibur. There ARE a FEW nice employees, hope you get lucky!
