"Casa Palma was a hidden gem. We picked it randomly when our flight was canceled and we were stuck in Palm Springs for two days. The hotel could not be cuter or more comfortable and accommodating. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Rochelle at the bar made our day. Allison, the evening manager went out of her way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We are so grateful for their hospitality and I literally would return to Palm Springs simply because of this hotel and the staff. "

"We were extremely pleased we chose this property. The room was in excellent condition and very large. The staff very friendly. Location is excellent - walk to downtown Palm Springs in a few minutes. The Pools were heated and the hot tubs were amazing!"

"Property is beautiful and great vibe. Staff was amazing and so friendly and helpful. The Lola Rose lounge was fun day or night. Gym was clean and amenities were great. My only complaint is that The Lola Rose restaurant food was always cold. Very very dog friendly and look forward to staying at the property again soon. "
