"The property is nice, but nothing great. The pool and hot tub are fine, the view is great and the location is right in the heart of downtown. The main issue is the rooms, which are pretty average, but pretty high priced (at least when I went). It seems like the hotel is quite old and rooms could use some updates. But staff is nice, small convenience shop and parking on site. If the price was lower, I would have rated it higher. "

"The staff at the front desk and cleaning crew was amazing. The service at the restaurant was just ok, food was not good, tried a burger from the restaurant and they didn't have ranch or thousand island. Then ordered chips, avocado with chicken bites..( chicken had nothing but fat) and only got a small amount of the chips at the pool. we miss the old restaurant and menu when they had fish tacos and yuca fries and the prices were reasonable before. We later on ordered another burger and it was completely undercooked.. i seen someone else complain about the same thing about the raw burger...besides the water being shut off from 1130pm to 6am on our first night, and main pool closing for a few hours due to an accident another day. our stay was decent due to the majority of the staff being great... will be debating if will be back."

"This is an absolute gem of a hotel in Palm Springs! The rooms are beautiful and very private. Daily happy hour starts at 3pm with a wonderful selection of food and drinks. The pool is not too crowded and has a fun vibe with great music. The staff provide amazing service and personalized hospitality. Having access to bikes is a wonderful way to explore the beautiful neighborhoods that are near the hotel. Very easy bike ride to the heart of downtown Palm Springs. You have a fabulous coffee shop right next door, and an amazing sushi restaurant and the best smash burgers just across the street! I will absolutely stay at arrive the next time in PS! "

"Professional staff, free valet parking, nice pool. The gift store with the pushy Russian lady was terrible—some cool stuff but mostly junk, and she is rude. The property is a little run down but the vibe is awesome!"
