It was clean. I would say the mattresses are really uncomfortable and the temperature in the room was an old thermostat and it was a bit rough to regulate. Otherwise it was nice.

Everything was fine, but when we were leaving the elevators were not working. We had to carry 2 very large heavy bags each down 22 flights of stairs with many other people going slow. Broke 2 wheels on the luggage.We were running through the airport to catch our flight and nearly missed as they were closing the doors to the plane.

The location is nice and clean. Staff was very nice in checking us in. I stayed for 3 nights and the room was clean and spacious. My only concern was no microwave but that’s the least of my concern. I was mostly just upset that I actually wanted to extend my stay for one more night and the lady who answered me over the phone was slightly rude. Other than that I wouldn’t mind staying again. As long as she doesn’t answer the phone again.
