Great location on strip if going to sphere. Easy walk. Hotel pricing for room was fair and reasonable. However a bit dated although clean and acceptable. Bar drinks overpriced but probably no better at other hotels. Overall a good place to stay for a reasonable price as compared to surrounding hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable in an excellent location. Rental car also inside the hotel which was nice. Staff: Nice and friendly. Breakfast: We got the continental breakfast included with the room charge. Do not waste your money on that. It only includes coffee, which was excellent, but a cup of fruit, one cold hard boil egg two mini pastries. We ended up buying other breakfast and splitting it. Other days we had breakfast in other places.

Pros: clean room, excellent bar by the pool, dj at the pool, good selection of casino games, easy free parking, The Coffee Spot had a great breakfast, maintenance responded to our non-working air conditioner quickly Cons: check in kiosks were not working and the check in line took us two hours at 1 in the morning, we had one bath towel in our room for three people and had to chase down housekeeping

The room was old with uncomfortable beds. The check-in at night was terrible, a 30 minute wait with two attendants serving a long line of people. The self serve check in was a hit and miss. The carpets smell old and have smoke ingrained. The staff at the restaurant and cleaning lady were friendly and the hotel is on the strip, close to many areas of interest.

Our room was nice and clean. The only real complaint I have is the bed was old and very hard. For a deluxe king I expected a little more comfort. And last would be the door slamming, the doors are heavy and naturally just slam. That at 3am is not cool!!

The room was nice and staff friendly and helpful But too little staff at check in and check out both where close to an hour wait Also had to pay a $100 dollar a day security deposit which was not mentioned Until check in My upfront payment wasn’t included on the checkout until I brought it up and staff member appeared to be inexperienced adding to wait time and I still wasn’t convinced my problem was solved by manager before leaving .

We stayed here while attending an event at the Venetian across the street, and we were very happy with the room we got. When we checked in, we were offered a really good price for an upgraded room, so we were excited about that. The room was very nice. The only issue with the room was that the window was dirty, but it was on the outside, and it was in the triple digits all weekend, so I don't expect anyone to go out there and clean it. The food was good; we tried most of the restaurants in the hotel while we were there and were never disappointed. The only other thing I would say is that the elevators looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while, but they were still a very smooth ride and quite prompt when you needed one.

The price was right, period. Overall, a nice hotel experience. Treasure Island seems slightly dated, but it's a solid, clean hotel. They had me at "free parking," so I loved being able to avoid that extra expense. :) Also, it's really well-located; just a stone's throw off the main I-15 highway entrance & also walking distance to The Sphere for our show. Didn't love the smokey nature of the gambling area that one must always walk through to get to the rooms, front desk, & parking garage. Also, this was a fluke, but the check-in took forever because apparently they'd *just* implemented a newly-coded software system that morning. Just bad timing I think. Doubt that it's always like this.

I wasn't sure about staying here but the price was affordable and after staying here once I would definitely stay here again . The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Close to the venetian so we can use the walk way to walk to the backstreet boys concert. I was really surprised at how clean the rooms were and how well kept they were. Great size too with a big bathroom that was very well maintained. Also a bonus perk is free parking which was easy to get to. I called a number of times to the front desk and got a response quick and they were very helpful. Check in was a bit hectic because everyone is trying to check in at the same time. But they do have a express check in booth where you can check in yourself using a machine ( was very easy and quick). Check out was super easy too! You can just call the front desk and check out or text to check out. I would say though if your looking for a hotel with lots of food options this hotel was lacking in alot of food options and restaurants. But overall very happy with my stay and would stay here again and recommend to my friends and family.

The hotel rooms are a little tired. One of the lights over the sink in the bathroom kept flickering and the lighting in the tub wasn’t great. There weren’t enough plugs in the room. One of the beds didn’t have any outlet next to it. There were four of us staying in the room and they left us two sets of towels and one roll of toilet paper in the first day. I had to call housekeeping to have more towels sent up because the cleaning staff said I couldn’t take any off the cart. We had to “steal” toilet paper off of the cleaning cart two days in a row and hide a roll so we would have an extra. The cleaning staff, at that point, knew there were four people in the room and they still left us one roll of toilet paper. We did enjoy the pool very much. The front desk staff was very helpful with us checking in early. The breakfast cafe was excellent, and there were other good food options in the hotel. Having a CVS literally in the hotel was great! We didn’t go to a Cirque du Soleil show but having one performing at the hotel is very convenient.

We stayed at Treasure Island for a midweek getaway, and while the location is excellent, our overall experience was mixed. Check-in took about an hour on a Wednesday afternoon, despite there only being a few parties ahead of us. It appeared the hotel was implementing a new computer system and may have been understaffed. I completely understand that system transitions happen, but what was missing was communication. A simple acknowledgment of the delay and an apology for the inconvenience would have gone a long way toward setting expectations and making guests feel valued. Our room was clean, but the hallway carpets were being cleaned during our stay, and the odor carried into the room. The refrigerator also wasn't secured in the cabinet and would tip forward whenever we opened it. We were also disappointed with the pool. Relaxing there was one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel, but the pool area felt dated and wasn't as inviting as we had hoped. The location is fantastic, and the staff outside of the front desk were courteous. Better communication during operational issues and attention to a few maintenance concerns would make a noticeable difference.

We had a great stay at Treasure Island Hotel in Las Vegas. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the Strip, making it easy to get almost anywhere. The free self-parking was a huge plus, and having Starbucks both inside and just outside the hotel was very convenient. There are also several nice shops, and you can access a CVS pharmacy directly from inside the hotel, which was especially useful. I’ve visited Las Vegas many times and stayed at different hotels, but Treasure Island really checked all the boxes for me—and then some. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-located hotel.
