We had a nice stay except for the fact we had no hot water until today (the day were we leaving). Maintenance came out 3 times to fix it but we had to let the water run for 20-30 minutes to get hot water. They did offer to move us to another room but we had adjoining rooms with our kids and that would have been an additional inconvenience. We did get our resort fees comped for 3 days which was nice but I still would have enjoyed a hot shower. The staff was very accommodating with the whole hot water situation.

Check in was horrible none of the rooms we requested were available and the room I ended up with wasn’t cleaned properly sheets dirty and garbage in the floor staff was no help at all

Great location to explore Las Vegas. Pool was great. Thought certain things were overpriced, $8 for a cup of coffee for example, but it is Vegas.
