I was here just for a day and a night, that said, it was the worst check-in I've had in Vegas. Long lines to check in, could not check in a minute early due to rooms not yet cleaned. Had I been able to check in early, it would have been $50 extra. Room was average but clean. Average pool area. Best part of the stay was dining within the casino at Gordon Ramsey Steak which was very good.

Clean room, restaurant staff were nice and food was very good. Wanted to try the electronic roulette but seats were occupied and several has out of service signs on them. Didn’t like the resort fee charges, we didn’t use the gym, pool and parking garage or any other amenities. Fee is excessive. The self check-in took several tries including help from the associate.

Staying on the North side of the Versailles tower. Clean spacious room- far from the main casino. The night club rumbles the room each night. To the point of contention at times.

An awesome stay at the Paris to celebrate our 34th anniversary! The associate that checked us in Named Jayme gave us an upgrade when she found out it was our anniversary! We got a suite and a breathtaking view . There were some minor disappointments in the room such as no microwave and a few light bulbs that were out. However the upgraded room far out weighed those minor issues and we were filled with gratitude for our good fortune with the upgrade !

Staff was welcoming & helpful - the walk was long to the Versailles tower, but the room was wonderful! Room description could be better, as I thought a pool view would also include a view of the Eiffel Tower for my daughter's 21st birthday. Overall, a good stay and will choose to stay again in the future.

Lets start with the positives. Great location, Comfy Beds, plenty of food offerings although pricey. Check in and out v easy. I paid for a fountain view room which was a good view but the windows were so dirty it somewhat ruined the view. There was malteasers from a previous guest still on the floor (house keeping ignored this the whole 5 night stay). There was a visit twice from a cockroach in the bathroom. The room is alao v tired and in need of renovation. Much cheaper hotels with better rooms on the strip. Personally, i wouldnt stay again at the current price point. Resort fees are not worth it either for what is basically internet (theres free public internet in hotel anyway). Try and stay somewhere else without resort fees for better value.

The property is lovely and has the WOW factor for sure. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, particularly at check-in and the valet staff. I was so impressed with the room when we got there - the Le Mans suite was so spacious with a huge bedroom/sitting area/bar area, plus a separate desk area and walk-in closet. The bathroom was massive with shower, jetted large tub, double sinks, separate toilet area w/bidet, full length mirror. My rating went down due to minor, yet persistent plumbing issues. The hotel was responsive to the feedback and credited my bill by reducing resort fee to 1 night instead of 3. I had already pre-paid for the room. The sink gurgling, sewer smell twice and leaky toilet area were minor but present. I think the room just needs some plumbing attention.

Room arm chair and carpet was old and stained. Staff at Dominique Ansel café was beyond slow and uninvested which becomes difficult to tolerate when paying $11.00 for a croissant. Bathroom in hotel lobby was not well maintained. Room service and technician who checked into our A/C not working properly were excellent.

The casino is really pretty and they’ve done a good job of keeping the Paris theme throughout the casino and hotel rooms. Our experience was nice. When we first arrived, they put us in a room that was not fully cleaned. They were very nice and quick about remedying the situation. Besides all of the restaurants and cafes being overpriced for the quality of the food, the hotel casino is in a great, convenient location. The food at the beer hall on the outside of the hotel was actually decently priced and yummy. There were more children than I was expecting in Vegas in general. The Paris hotel has a little older, stiffer vibe that we would probably stay at the New York or the cosmopolitan.

Staff was polite and the hotel itself is lively and clean. Unfortunately the room we were provided could have used better attention to the bathroom. The tub would have been nice to use but there was a red stain by the drain that we didn’t want to touch. Even though housekeeping came every day this was never cleaned in the 7 days we were there. We also found someone else’s fake eyelash on the floor of the bathroom after it was “cleaned”.
