"Very accommodating "

"I feel like the property is unique. I wish smoking wasn’t allowed inside but I get the casino has no control over that decision. Most staff were really nice, with the exception of some of the bartenders at Sherwood Forest Bar and some of the staff in the fast food places upstairs. Not mean, but not friendly. The exceptions were the staff at Cinnabon and especially at Johnny Rockets, they were so kind and fun. "

"This property was perfect for on a budget Disney stay. We stayed one night and definitely worth it for the price. Very clean, quiet and staff were great. Parking gets filled pretty fast and alternative parking is behind around the building. Overall a great stay for the price."

"The property was nice, a bit dim (all day) but easy to navigate. The room was spacious with a nice view of the city and it was cleaned daily in the late morning/early afternoon. The room service was delicious and reasonably priced! There is a person guarding the elevators to make sure guests are entering, however it seemed like a homeless man was on one of the floors when the elevator stopped on its way down (he was wandering around the casino taking unfinished cigarettes from ash trays earlier...
