Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Cons : staff is super rude, toilets kept clogging, sinks kept gurgling, the security guards threatened to trespass me when I forgot my key for the room, outdated rooms
Pros: good location
My stay at Luxor was good! I can see where the property is a little dated and remodeling should be considered but overall my stay was great. My room was clean and I had no disturbances of other guests or staff. I would stay again but may next try the Tower side instead of the Pyramid side of the hotel. Thanks!

Stayed one night. Room was clean and adequate but you can tell its an older property and is outdated. Check in was fast and easy. They took out the mini fridges so they can nickel and dime you to rent one for 25 bucks a day. I woukd stay again because it was adequate and who spends time in the room anyway.
Was able to check in on the app. Had my room key on my phone. Easy check in and check out. The room wasn't as clean as it could have been. Also the train in the shower was not training correctly. Had to have maintenance come and repair it. But the overall stay for the price was great.
The place was dirty! Mold, old, dated. The carpet wasn’t clean. The comforter has stains on it. Just gross and check in was a pain! Staff not very helpful either.
The room is a good value, but just like other Vegas hotels there there’s no fridge no microwave and not even a coffee pot in the room. If you wanna buy a bottle of water is eight bucks down in the convenience store. You’re not getting a meal for less than $20 in the food court. Even a slice of pizza is 12. Place was clean. The gym was really nice and the pool was lovely. We did see blue man group at the hotel and the Cirque du Soleil Michael Jackson show at the connecting hotel Mandalay Bay.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Luxor Hotel & Resort Las Vegas Review
We had an amazing stay at the Luxor Hotel & Resort! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. Everything made our Las Vegas trip even more memorable.
Pro Tip: If you’re in a rush for check-in or check-out, use the Express Lane Kiosk. It’s fast, easy, and gives you immediate access to your room. We only had about one hour to spare before the Backstreet Boys concert, and the kiosk saved us so much time!
The check-out process was also seamless and hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Las Vegas. Highly recommended!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The stay was fine, our room was good overall (we stayed at the towers outside of the pyramid) there was no fridge in the room which was inconvenient given it was hot in vegas and we couldn't store some cold drinks after hours if we wanted to. What made the experience though subpar was the fact that we chose this hotel to spend sometime by the pool and was appalled by the steep cost to charge to guest to have a seat by the pool - hence we didn't end up even going into the pool. A bit disappointing. Overall the hotel is dated especially the incredibly lacking options to dine and their food court felt like it was still stuck in the early 80s.

The room was clean but the hotel has aged and the signs are visible. The walkways outside the room smell old and quite a few items in the room were aged and damaged. My armoire had a broken door, one of my chairs was frayed at the corner and the TV had several channels with snowy pictures. Parking is also tricky on the weekends. However the location and convenience of the property along with the price made this a win for my trip. I love that it is connected to the Mandalay Bay and also the ease of getting to other sister properties and the strip in general. Those things alone outweigh the other issues mentioned. Allowing customers to park at all sister properties without additional fees is such a plus. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend them.

The room was what we needed for our stay, we were just staying for one night as we were traveling from another place for our trip and stayed here the day before our flight. The amenities and restaurants at the hotel are good, choices are great. The room itself is where the hotel lost many points.
The television picture was terrible and it didn’t have access to ports to hook up our device to the television. Not a big deal if this is just a room while you explore the strip. The door handle to the bathroom was loose and wouldn’t lock if you didn’t line it up right. The beds and rest of the room were fine. This room would be ok if comparing them to standards of a Holiday Inn Express or maybe the Home 2 Suites, but for a resort, could probably use more attention to detail.
The room was ok, but I would expect more from a place charging resort fees. The room rate was the main draw for a Friday night stay so that was a plus considering an “on Strip” location.
