"Great location & views"
Westin Copley provided the experience I expected. It's located in Back Bay attached to the Copley Center. Great part of Boston. In walking distance to Boylston & Newbury Streets where you can find excellent shopping and stores. Room was large and comfortable with a spectacular view of the city and the Charles River.

"Nice hotel, close to everything "
My wife and I stayed at the Liberty Hotel for 4 nights. We arrived on a Friday night and the lobby was very crowded with people waiting for the restaurant and bar. The hotel is beautiful. We checked in and our room was very nice (comfortable beds). We found the hotel staff to be ok (not overly friendly or helpful). We were also disappointed that there was no shuttle service from the airport and parking is ridiculously expensive ($50 /night). The restaurant and bar looked great but was too crowded to get into. A huge bonus for us was the redline/subway station is right across the street and is easy and convenient to use. We liked the Liberty but would probably try a different hotel next time.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is an incredible value for the price. Staff was extremely friendly. Hotel looks old from the outside but my room was updated. Walls were a bit thin, so I feel bad for people next to me when I was getting ready for work at 5:45.

"Very nice stay"
At first I thought the room was a bit small, but realized the bathroom was a nice size. The shower head was great, and the design of it. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner was quality. Liked the location. The bar was great. We played bags two different nights of our stay. The outside part with the fire and TVs was super.

"Great, old hotel in downtown Boston "
Old hotel with lots of character. Walls are a bit thin so you get noise from other rooms and from the street but not too bad. The room and washroom were a bit small but good. Attached bar and restaurant were good. Location is superb for a tourist since it's close to many sights. For example the Freedom Trail is literally outside the hotel. Faneuil Hall, Boston Common Park and the Aquarium are short walks away. State subway was around the corner and connects to the airport shuttle. Surrounded by many good bars and restaurants. We walked to the TD Garden for a hockey and basketball game in 20 minutes. Very walkable city. Got the Boston Go Card from Costco and saved a lot of money on excursions.
