"We had a very nice stay. The rooms were clean and the rooms were very spacious. Loved the outside access with chairs to sit on. Great view of the river and town. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Service...wow food...wow amenities... wow, first time this was the best hotel, others were good and okay and some others were absolutely trash, once I slept in the car for one hotel, but Embassy suites blew me away I was a little nervous about the bears but nothing to do with the hotel. 4 blocks from downtown Gatlinburg and pools are heated, lazy river was cold in winter, so not to heated,but pools and hot tub feel great for a winter night, breakfast is early for me but no biggie. This is hands dow the best hotel in history. So great, never staying anywhere else after the experience."

"Travel advisor opinion:) Overall it was a good choice but here were some hiccups…. 1. Stay included breakfast which was off the menu. You need to request basic condiments like syrup or salt. Food was not a highlight in any way but provided us fuel. 2. Service from staff was slow in their main restaurant and bar. They are understaffed and while there they had two small events and so service was non existent. The bartender did her best to manage it all by herself. 3. The upper level pool was a highlight but bar there was closed so no service offered. The pool needs to be cleaned. Dirty Bandaid in the pool. There throughout our four day stay and never cleaned:( 4. Our room was “cleaned” the floor was not dusted or vacuumed once. Just beds reset and towels reset. Plenty of towels provided. 5. Starbucks is on the lower floor which is great but limited hours. 6. Parking was included and free which was nice. 7. The location we thought was great. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Anakeesta lift and a 5 minute stroll to the thick of the Gatlinberg strip. Minus these issues above… we would stay again as the other properties we viewed weren’t that great. It’s difficult to find top notch property in the area. "
