Great location. Staff was rude. No water bottles offered. They charge 100 per day for incidentals but there was nothing in the room fridge. The place has a cold
Staff was kind. Bathrooms need a little updating on the flooring and baseboards. We were by an elevator and it was so noisy outside when people would come and go, but that’s not the hotels fault. We’ll just ask for a room further away from the elevators next time. Super close to everything. We walked pretty much everywhere downtown from our hotel. It was awesome!! Wish they had a hot tub for our aching feet and legs after our long days though. Beautiful place. Will be back.
Location was perfect! The amenities were good as well. Only thing the need to work on is the elevator situation, a little ridiculous having to wait up to 15 mins just to get an elevator to take you up or down.
