The hotel is in a great area - walking distance to MOMA, 5th Avenue, Central Park, and restaurants nearby. The hotel has a breakfast buffet that is expensive (probably fair by NYC prices) but has a wide selection and was very convenient for hungry kids in the morning. Overall, very good and would stay there again.

The hotel staff was wonderful. The rooms just feel a little dated. However, everything was very clean. The elevators were under renovation when I was there and a large conference. So during peak times, the elevators were unavailable, which was not nice.

Surprisingly quiet room. Great staff, friendly and efficient in all areas. The room decor needed some refreshing and the room could use a coffee machine, but all together clean, comfortable and great location. Great coffee shop on site.

Huge busy hotel, but staff were friendly and the hotel feels safe. Regular black coffee should not cost 7$, however. Hotel rooms should have little in room coffee makers!

This is a huge, busy hotel. Although the staff was friendly and the hotel ran smoothly, I found the overall experience to be loud and busy and too overwhelming
