"Loved our stay. We were nice and close to the pool. Found staff helpful and welcoming. Room was great besides the floor in the bathroom. Not sure if it was just the design but it did not look clean."

The LINQ Hotel & Casino – A Caesars Rewards Destination

10/10 Excellent
"Room is spacious and clean. There is no mini fridge (disappointing) or small coffee pot. Staff were courteous and helpful. You can leave your luggage there for free if you're there before check in or after check out if not leaving for a while. Wouldn't recommend the Hash House Go Go, it's extremely loud. Food ok. The pool area is large, but the DJs need to know they can't mix music that doesn't have the same beat/rhythm. They also don't need it so loud tht it reverbs off the buildings. These few issues were not enough to make me not recommend or come back, just won't be eating at Hash House and pool DJs M-Th were much better this week. The proximity of this hotel to other event location is great."

They provided us with a credit that allowed us to spend our final night in Las Vegas at a hotel of our choice, and we chose Caesars Palace. We arrived very early in the morning, so understandably our room was not yet available. The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. He offered us the opportunity to upgrade, which we accepted, and we ended up staying in a beautiful suite with a jacuzzi. He even gave us some pastries as a thoughtful gesture to make our difficult morning a little better. The difference in cleanliness, customer service, and overall quality was immediately noticeable. Our suite was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean, and the service we received made us feel genuinely welcomed. We were extremely happy with that part of our experience. However, there were a couple of things that concerned us, especially because we have stayed at Caesars Palace before. On previous visits, access to the guest-room elevators was controlled by room keys. This time, we noticed that apparently anyone could access the elevators and guest-room floors. With so many outside food deliveries and people constantly coming and going, this made us uncomfortable. We noticed a similar situation at our previous hotel as well. At the pool, we were also surprised t"
