We had a nice view and the room was spacious & clean with a large comfy bed. Staff are helpful and friendly. Parking is free and hidin from the public eye. We have already booked here again in a months time but in a smaller room for $85pn less. Would like to try their restaurant next time.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were not very welcoming and seemed distracted. Bar area could use some music and ambience. Venue quite dated. Buffet breakfast was not great. Parking and accessibility was fantastic. Did however not like the fact that anyone can walk into the venue and access the lifts to the rooms.

The location is perfect, it's big. The room suceeded all my needs. Definetly recommend! Staff were friendly and helpful, in a perfect location. In a safe area.

All the staff we meet or interacted with where excellent. Note one thing. In your dining i requested a beer for myself and my male friend. We had a beer severed in a glass as i requested. When i asked for two more and while our glasses had already been taken away the 2 beers were put on the table, and the young lady walked away. Is that standard good enough.. we both commented on the lack of glasses..

We had a lovely stay here. No noise, plenty of parking, nice clean and tidy facilities, very easy to Auckland centre and to Slyvia Park. Would recommend this facility.

Beautiful property. Friendly staff. We were sure we booked two room through Expedia for $149 per room. But the cost was $200 per room. Did we get this wrong? Or were we overcharged?

Hotel itself was lovely but front desk staff efficient and non-smiling. Nice and clean and the food was great at the conference I attended there. I did have one gripe however as I spent extra money treating myself to the ambassador suite with kitchenette so that i could prepare my own evening meal. When I arrived though yes there was a fridge and an oven, but what's the point in having those of you can't even cook yourself so much as a frozen pizza? There was nothing to cook with, no pots, no pans, no bowls, no chopping board absolutely nothing. All a bit pointless. The cupboards had two plates, two forks and a few other useless items which you couldn't even use. I had no idea that id need to pack a salad bowl or a baking tray in my suitcase. I would definitely not bother paying extra for the "kitchenette". It's more like a glorified area where you can heat a microwave meal. Good luck if you want salad with it. 7-8/10. Would have definitely been 10/10 if it had come with what I paid for.

Excellent all around
The staff was extremely friendly and so accommodating. The room as clean and the beds were perfect. The amenities available in the room were more than expected. We ate dinner in the restaurant and were very happy with the selections and the staff again was wonderful! I would highly recommend a stay here.

Top hotel for an Auckland stopover
An excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable with attentive and knowledgeable staff. The restaurant is beautiful, with views of the water and the meal we had was extremely well cooked and very tasty! The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was quiet Bathroom was great. We swam in the pool, which was nice but the spa didn’t look like it had been used for a while and needed a clean That’s my only niggle. It’s a super place to stay in a lovely location.

We enjoyed our 45th anniversary treat by staying at their Ambassador Suite and enjoying some superb dining. Car parking is easy. Great walk around the lagoon. Service from staff are excellent. all accompanied by smiles. Awesome!

Road Trip
Last stay on our month long road trip. Nice place. However typical conference hotel. The fridge in the room was great at keeping things warm. " Tastes like milk " pots for instant morning coffee. Really? Stayed in a lot of motels at half the price previously and had plunger coffee and fresh milk. Really let the hotel down.
