Do not stay here.
I had decided to stay at the Ramada after reading other comments from previous guests. However, my experience was somewhat very different. I had requested a room away from the main road which had been suggested by previous guests. This did not happen. On my first night I was booked into a room on the second floor adjacent to the main road which I found very noisy at 6am. I had self checked in after 11pm as the front desk was closed and does not open until 8:30am. I asked to be moved in the morning into a room I had asked for when I had made the booking. It all went down hill from there. I went out for the day at 9am. Prior to leaving the hotel for the day the front desk person told me that my luggage would be moved to my new room before I arrive back to the hotel. I returned after 6pm and my luggage was not in my room. I had to wait an hour for my luggage. The flloor in the new room was dirty, and looked like it had not been vacuumed or the kitchen floor had not been moped. There was no bath mat to use for the bathroom floor and so I had to use one of the two guest towels given for the floor mat. Which came up dark brown after I used it to wipe up the bathroom floor after my shower. I decided to wipe the kitchen floor as well and this was also dirty. Dialing zero to complain was uneventful. This property is a mix use property with long term tenants/hotel guests. I would not recommend anyone to stay here if one is expecting any service. I certainly will not stay again.

Very friendly helpful check-in staff, did an online booking very straightforward no hassle. Nice modern look and feel to furnishing and decor. Room was clean as a whistle and neat as a pin, bed was comfortable, minimal noise for size and location of motel. Easy access to motorway. Enjoyed our stay would stay again
