Ive stayed here a few times and it never disappoints, staff are always super friendly & helpful, so 5 star customer service, especially with the check in staff, amazing. Rooms are spacious, clean, bed & pillows super comfy. I would highly recommend the Junior suite with balcony, my favorite room here. New train station in town only 5 minutes walk from hotel, super handy & convenient. Great work team, as always, great service 👍

Loved our stay here. We were going to the Civic to watch a show, so it was very handy. Awesome customer service across the board. Great meals in the restaurant. Some of the interior is dated and could benefit from repairs but overall it was great. We'd go back again.

The heated indoor pool was excellent for the kids. It can get busy though. The shower in our room went cold during the first shower which was disappointing, I went for a swim and used the shower in changing room which was fine. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Was great to walk around the city easily. Car parking was easy to access and appeared to be plenty of parks available.

Beautiful location to stay at. Walking distance to all you need. Lovely and helpful staff. Also have a nice area in the lobby to sit and eat and meet up with others. Rooms were a great size and had everything needed for the stay.

There was no spa pool even though it showed there was one on the Expedia website. TV's in the rooms are not smart TV's so no Netflix or steaming services and you can not use mirroring or anything to throw things up from your device. Parking and location was great for our visit. Breakfast had a great selection and catered well for my GF needs.

Hotel located in such a great area in the city of Auckland. The amenities were superb and clean. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. It was a comfortable place to stay. The only thing that we did not like was the coffee and cake at the little bar in the lobby.
