The hotel is clean, modern with wonderfully friendly staff. We are breakfast in the restaurant one morning, and it was very good. The ISSUE is the stairs. DO NOT use them. You will get trapped. Your key card will not open doors, no one hears you banging on the door. I spoke with the concierge about the issue and he states it set up that way so people don't go into stillwells to smoke period meanwhile is a major safey hazard and I'm not sure how this is allowed period. I was on the second floor and decided to take the stairs down and was stuck in the stairwell for over a half an hour period thankfully my family heard at the door and I was let out period heard I notified The concierge but never heard anything back from management period

Excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms a little over priced, but comfortable and clean. Food in the restaurant was excellent.

Just funky and friendly. Needed a luggage rack in the room and canapes as part of The Executive club not a tiny cheese platter
