We love staying here it is so close to the city yet far enough away from all the chaos. Sadly we ate at the restaurant and it was well below average. We will not dine there again. The steak and veggies were awful . I ordered the chicken burger and it came with a few chips and was oily and so bland I would have to say one of the worst burgers I have ever been presented.

Parnell is a nice neighborhood with shops, easy transit into downtown, the Rose Garden a short walk and the Auckland Museum not far. Onsite parking was a plus

I had a room with balcony. Airy room so I don't have to live with air conditioning the whole day. Toiletries are good quality and bed is v ery comfortable. I enjoy go for evening walks knowing that it is safe to do so
