Clean ample room, well equipped with a comfy large bathroom. Only drawback - limited TV programming mostly Asian channels. No CNN and BBC although those are listed in the programming brochure. Very friendly and helpful reception and restaurant staff. Good job, everybody

I've stayed at an incredible number of hotels and this was one of my favs. Amazing staff courteous, friendly, and going out of their way to help. Can't say enough about them. The hotel is cozy, very well appointed,with a comfortably upscale feel. Same for the rooms. The location is perfect for walking Old Town, shopping, spas, and dining. Highly recommended.

Great location. May and Bob have been so great. All the other employees have been so sweet. Great price. The breakfast buffet was delicious and it’s different every time. We would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat.
