"This resort was clean, safe, quiet and easy to find your way around which was nice traveling with kids. There were a few pools to pick from and we were always able to find a chair on the deck. For people who complained about the beach, yes it is small but it was well kept by the staff and my kids enjoyed it. My only complaint was there could have been more staff working in the restaurants as there was often long wait times for things. The buffet staff were incredibly busy and constantly moving and as such we made if halfway through breakfast without water or coffee. This was not a fault to the staff as they were doing the best they can, this also lead to long wait times for food/service at the restaurants as well. We would definitely come back."

"The room was clean and well stocked when we arrived. All the staff we encountered was amazing. Get a cabana it is worth the cost and the service is amazing. The food is your typically AI fare but they try to keep it fresh and will do their best to make you something fresh if you’d like. I loved the location and we felt same most of the time. The only issue we had was a drunkin domestic dispute down the hall. A man was yelling obscenities and attempting to kick in the door. Security seemed slow to respond and there is no way it wasn’t heard because it was near the front. It went on for far too long and left me questioning the quality of the security. "

"The hotel has a good location and a very pleasant environment. The buffet offers excellent variety and quality, especially for breakfast and lunch. However, I believe the dinner options could be improved, as they were not as impressive. One downside was that we found some cockroaches in our room, which was disappointing and something the hotel should definitely address. Overall, it is a good place to stay if you are looking to have fun, enjoy drinks, and meet new people."

Check in was fine, it it would have been helpful to know that we would have a building concierge who would give us all the specific details (Building 18- Michelle Ramirez was fantastic!). Beautiful property and it met our expectations. "
