This beautiful holiday home offers the perfect place to unwind, sit back and enjoy the uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkable mountains.


Modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home. Located in Fern Hill, only a five minute drive or 3km from Central Queenstown where you will find all the adventure activities, restaurant and bars.

A short 20 minute drive to Coronet Ski Field, makes this property the perfect place to stay during your ski holiday.

Enjoy a glass of Central Otago wine on the balcony whilst taking in the breath taking views. The balcony opens up of master bedrooms and the lounge area with a BBQ and outdoor dining area.

A gas fire in the lounge area and underfloor heating through out, keeps you cozy during the winter. There are also wall heaters in bedrooms.

Beautifully newly furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and outdoor dining area.

A washing machine and dryer are provided for your use.

Wireless internet, SKY sport and SKY movies.

Parking: a garage provides the convenience to park the car and lock away luggage and ski gear.

The view from White Diamond is incredible. The home is comfy and spacious for up to 6 people and the facilities enable safe catering and dining. It is too far to walk from town unless you’re fine walking a very long and steep hill. Garage facilities make it perfect if you have a car.

We had a super time. The house is so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great location, we travelled from the UK to meet our Son and his girlfriend who came from Sydney so was the best location to meet for a family holiday

Great spot, we highly recommend. The unit is warm and dry and although a little tired in places the main things like the beds, bathroom & kitchen were spot on. The beds were so comfy the bathrooms spotless and the kitchen had all we needed. Definitely recommend to others.

The property is absolutely beautiful and very quiet. The views are incredible and the house is clean and very nicely furnished. We had a car and that was necessary if staying in winter, as it is a little way out of town. Check in was easy. Overall, a great stay.
