The amenities were great. The tourist information desk was also convenient. Maybe it was just the dorm I stayed in, but wish the outlet plugs were closer to the bed instead of across the room without any shelving to place the electronics while charging.

Staff was good, facilities were good. But room was very noisy (earplugs on the pillows should have been a give away.) Not their fault, the central location is just in the heart of the all night club zone. But if you need to sleep, think about staying somewhere a little more out of the action.

Everything was nice and clean albeit slightly older. The balcony was lovely to use on the sunny afternoon! The free earplugs were perfect to block out the rowdy partygoers downstairs!

Fantastic location with street parking in front of hotel. This is more of a hostel/backpacker hotel. Can be loud at night due to bars/clubs across the street and behind the building. Only like a minute walk to the lake and maybe 5 minutes walk to the main street. Price is good and has a central kitchen if you like to cook your own meals (can be crowded at times)

Can’t beat the location.

Stayed in one of the private rooms with an ensuite bathroom. The best location, right in the heart of Queenstown a few steps from the lake. Fairly clean. As others have mentioned, it can get loud in the evenings, but they do give you ear plugs, just in case you need them. Tour bookings on site, which make it really convenient.
