Great location near to the city center. Nicely newly renovated bathroom and the room is clean. The room we are in is near the gym in the basement area with the view completely obsured by bush and bringing down the luggage is a nightmare with no elevator with our room being three floors down. It was very noisy as it was near the busy road.

Great, comfortable stay

Excellent location, a few minutes walk down the hill to town centre. Friendly staff. Spacious, basic room, clean and comfortable. Parking is free but first in, first served, so you may have to find a parking spot elsewhere which is difficult in Queenstown.

We had a superior king room with a view. The service was fantastic, lovely staff. The room was a little outdated but it had everything we needed. We ordered room service and the food was fantastic. Happy with our stay and would come back again.
