No one on reception for 20 mins on arrival at 5pm on a Tuesday! Big line waiting. Very cold rooms heating insufficient. Parking $15 a night which is fine but not told until at hotel. No sky channels as advertised when inquired ‘we haven’t had them since lockdown’. Not happy for $360 a night. Views stunning and location great.
