"My family and I had an absolutely amazing vacation at Ocean Riviera Paradise! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers something for everyone. Our kids had an incredible time with all the family-friendly activities, while the adults were able to relax and enjoy the pools, and outstanding restaurants. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, so there was always something new to try. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every employee we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. The entertainment each evening was fantastic, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was fun, relaxing, and perfect for families. We made so many wonderful memories together and are already talking about coming back. Thank you to everyone at Ocean Riviera Paradise for making our family vacation so special. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable all-inclusive getaway!"

The food was excellent at the restaurant we ate at, and the buffets were decent as well."

"Everyone was so nice and helpful. I'd never stayed at an all-inclusive place before so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it was a great place to stay. My only criticism is that if you're trying to communicate with the hotel through Expedia, don't. They respond very slowly through that portal. Direct with the hotel is much better."

"The staff was amazing, friendly, and very accommodating! We ordered one of the special spa packages upon check in and it was very relaxing and the massage was wonderful. The room was very comfortable (although the bed was a bit too firm for our taste) and the building architecture was a lot of fun with many stone pillars. The food was very good as well, and there was good variety for both meat eaters and vegetarians. Sadly, there wasn't much of a beach due to the sorgassum, but this was to be expected. There is a little part of beach at the end of the hotel (with a small bar) which was peaceful and pretty (not great for swimming because it was very rocky, but good for laying out and relaxing). The fire show was fun and we wished there were more entertainment options like that one! The day time classes (salsa, guacamole, mezcalitas) were enjoyable and a great way to have a mid day snack or drink! Beware of the gift shop, it is very overpriced (somewhat expected). We were told a small pack of benadryl was $42 USD, so I went out to one of the larger more reputable licensed pharmacy chains, ~1/2 mile easy walk, and generic diphenhydramine was $3 USD."

"We enjoyed our stay very much - clean, modern and comfortable room, lots of choice in terms of pools and we were even able to use the beach on rare sargassum-free days. The food at Adelita Mexican restaurant is stellar, buffet is also good though they don't change the dishes every day so not a lot of variety. We got four speciality meals for a ten-night stay, I felt one more would have been the correct amount as would have liked to try all 5 speciality restaurants. The grounds are pretty and full of cute agoutis running around, but the location is a real selling point - Puerto Aventuras is a very safe, gated community, so you can walk over to the nice marina and do some souvenir shopping/eat out."
