Mar 10-17th 2026, Our stay at the Palladium was great! We were well taken care of across the entire resort. The staff was always attentive, and respectful. With 2 kids, we stuck around the Colonial pool the most due to the access to the amenities they enjoyed the most. We also really appreciated having a personal concierge as part of our stay. It made it simple to book reservations, and communicate with our airport transportation.

Incredible week at White Sands resort! Service, food and activities were exceptional! Huge shout out to David, Cielo (personal concierge) and Kevin the cat at our villa for top line service! Also to his sister Kelly the cat on the way to the Colonial pool. Fabiola and Angel at reception were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Best restaurants shouts outs to the Brazilian and the Argentinian. Recommendations are the culinary activities and the tequila tasting! Damian for killing me (in a good way) at gravity abs and to Daniella for AquaGym, and Carlos for Margarita making!! Also to all the cart drivers, ground keepers and POP entertainment staff who make this place beautiful and a wonderful experience. Overall an an amazing exceptional experience!!

Great resort! Our first time to Cancun and we loved it! Staff were wonderful and super friendly — everyone at the bars, restaurants, housekeeping, front desk! But we were lucky to have our personal concierges, Cielo and David, who helped us with anything we needed during our stay. From dinner reservations, booking shuttle rides, basic Q&A’s, etc., they were there for our every need! The buffets were surprisingly great in quality, taste, and food options. We had higher expectations for the à la carte restaurants, but most of them were underwhelming. The best one we tried was definitely the Brazilian option — hands down the tastiest of all the ones we tried. The dinner service was slow in most of the restaurants, so expect this if you’re considering booking reservations. Rooms were clean and were good sizes. Overall, our trip was great and would recommend this resort to everyone!

This was by far my best hotel experience in Mexico! The grounds were well kept, our room was very clean, lots of available entertainment, delicious food, great activity crew making everything so fun and energetic (David, Daniel, Daniela). A huge shout out to Saul(Helios restaurant), Concierge staff (David and Cielo) for arranging pick-ups and reservations, Alejandro (Chic Cabaret) for his outstanding service and Wilma (nightly turn down housekeeper) for the little things she did to make our stay extra special.
Our last breakfast at Helios TRS-Saul giving us done extra special attention. Getting to know staff and giving them the appreciation they deserve goes a long way.
