Designer's Villa At Playacar Beach

Newly remodeled Villa La Perla brings design to the beach. From morning coffee bar, butlers pantry, wet bar and kitchen pass-through window seating to the pool, this tastefully designed home will have you delighted every moment of your stay.
The villa has ocean views from the 50ft wide terrace, and is just a 2minute walk to the beach. Fase 1 Playacar has 24/7 private security and is gated from the public.
You will also find ancient Mayan ruins just across the street to explore!

SECURITY DEPOSIT OPTIONS Pay $69usd non refundable insurance for coverage up to $1750usd or pay the full $1750 fully refunded if there are no damages.
No glass in or around the pool and do not jump from the terrace into the pool. You will hit bottom and hurt yourself.
Do not move furniture nor take it outside.
