The breakfast buffet was extensive but a lot was Japanese focused and we did not partake. The hotel was nice and staff was excellent, but it was located in not such a great environment for two older adults. I would not stay here again. I would choose to be in Shinjuku or Shibuya. It was expensive for what we got."

"Clean rooms with amazing views if you can get high floor. Would definitely recommend asking for room facing away from shinjuku train station as the noise is quite loud, even on high floor (stayed on 28). Soak-in tub and beds are great!"

"A great place to stay if you want to avoid the circus atmosphere at Shinjuku's Kabuchiko, which is only 20 minutes away walking. Also much more affordable than the big Hilton and Hyatt hotels nearby. The room was clean and the staff were very nice. The breakfast at the Hearth restaurant is excellent and convenient. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel for the price. "
