Overall great stay close to Shibuya, Crossing, and shopping and restaurants. Great location has a washer and dryer which made it really convenient walking distance to the train station which took us all over Tokyo.

This hotel was really nice! The rooms were soundproof so you never heard any outside noise. There is unlimited free coffee in the lobby which works great for long days. Everything was clean and the staff were great. They have luggage forwarding which made moving to the next hotel even smoother and less stressful! It’s also located near multiple convenience stores and close to the subway station.

The hotel was so clean from all the public spaces to the rooms. The staff were so polite and friendly. There was always someone ready to assist guests. The only change I would suggest would be to turn down the frequency and amount that the scent machine sprays in the elevators as there are many people who are sensitive to strong scents. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

Considering it’s Japan and hotels tend to have small rooms, the rooms here were spacious. We had a double bed, our bathroom with a tub, washing machine that also drys, a kitchen sink, microwave, water boiler, mini fridge, tv and a balcony. Wonderful room. We had wifi connectivity issues on one day of our stay but that’s about it. Everything else was good. Thank you to the staff they were really kind.
