"Overall, the hotel was lovely, though I was a little surprised that a toothbrush and moisturizer were not included among the toiletries — these are fairly common amenities at hotels in Japan. I understand they are available at nearby convenience stores, but after a long flight, it would have been much more comfortable to find them already in the room."

The property boasts a magnificent location near Tokyo Tower and Shiba Park, offering exceptional photo opportunities. For our stay, we reserved two accommodations: one featuring a Tokyo Tower view and the other overlooking the city skyline, both of which were absolutely lovely. The rooms are immaculate, and the staff is highly attentive. Opting for lounge access proved invaluable after long days of sightseeing; the lounge features an extensive breakfast, a diverse selection of beverages, and substantial culinary offerings throughout the day. Strategically located next to major train stations, it provides a perfect central base for utilizing Go or Uber. Additionally, the premium Japanese skincare amenities are outstanding. Thank you for an exceptional stay."

"My room was clean but small. The hotel is centrally located. Taxi to Ginza was under 3000 yen. Two metro stations within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is affordable & very good. There is a bakery in the hotel, a Starbucks across the street. A small family mart inside the hotel & a larger one across. The staff is so helpful & polite."
