"Beautiful room, perfectly clean, and wonderful staff. I fell and was injured walking around Tokyo and the second I stepped back into the hotel, a staff member saw and jumped into action to help me clean and bandage my scrape. Would definitely stay here again!"

"My wife and I stayed at Hotel Gracery during our recent trip to Tokyo. The service was excellent. The rooms were rather spacious and modern. The thing we liked most was the location. This hotel was in the center of it all. Waking distance to everything. The two things I did not like were the terrace to see Godzilla head was closed. I also didn’t like that there was no American television to watch during my stay. "

"Great location, close to Ikebukuro station. Room is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and efficient. Bathroom needs an exhaust fan and had strong, unpleasant sewage smell even with the toilet deodoriser on."
