"Great staff"

"It was a good stay. Not great but not terrible. The staff were friendly. The room was average... the bathroom had a smell to it, like sewage kind of. Not terrible enough to do anything about it. But it just felt dated and needing work. This was our last stay on our 9 day vacation. We stayed at 3 other hotels around the country and this was our least favourite. The location was amazing though. Walkable. Right across the street from the train station. The breakfast was great. An overall good experience but I'd likely not rebook."

"Self check in and check out was easy and efficient. Friendly staff and quiet rooms. Beds were comfortable and provided a wonderful sleep. Thank you for a great stay."

"Very nicely designed hotel, clean and safe. Staff is efficient and kind, they speak perfect english. Rooms are small but normal for region. Only real downside is AC is controlled for the whole building, I found the rooms could get warm."

Hotel staff were really helpful and friendly - when I had to send luggage to a hotel in Kyoto, the team managed everything for me, ensuring the process went smoothly. An overall great stay and I’d highly recommend this hotel. "
