"I knew the hotel rooms in Japan are small, but this one is really well set out. The bathroom is compact so only one at a time! The room has everything you’d need. We had 2 large suitcases and there was enough room (ours are soft shell so you’d need to think about hard shell if you have those). Everything is spotless. No daily clean but they will replace towels for you. Bedside lights and charging points. Good AC and not noisy! Extra pillows in the hall if you need them. Check-in was easy and the staff we very helpful. We had breakfast included and went to the small restaurant in the Annexe building as the queue was long at the main restaurant. Lots of Asian options there."

"We needed a place to stay last minute after issues with our Airbnb and this was the most convenient and economical option. Our incredible but brief stay definitely helped us deal with what we had encountered and the service from team was amazing and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and better about our first trip to Japan! Can’t wait to come back and stay here for longer!"
