Staff was amazing and spoke English which helped with any questions about transportation around the city or how to get to places around the city. The bakery at the entrance has delicious pastries and the hotel is 20 minutes walking from the main station that will get you anywhere in Tokyo with its expansive train system.

The Knot is a fantastic place to stay in Tokyo. Close enough to the bustle but also far enough to feel relaxing. The hotel is fun and stylish, and has a fantastic bakery. The park across the street is lovely and peaceful. Definitely recommend!

This hotel was great! The breakfast in the morning was so delicious and had many options. It’s not too far from the train station and bus stop so getting to it is easy. It’s close enough to the Shinjuku downtown center (10 minute walk) but also quiet as it is across the street from a beautiful park. The staff is very nice and the rooms are a good size.
