Fantastic, well appointed room, albeit on the smaller side. (Loved the Toto toilet!) The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet may have been the best I have received in all my travels. Highly recommended!

Excellent location with proximity to convenient stations. Gorgeous Japanese Gardens near the Otani Main building. Incredible staff. Rooms were spacious, clean, with nice views of Mt. Fuji.

Nice location when sightseeing in the area. The AC did not work and would only output heat for all of the heating, cooling, and fan-only options. We struggled to open a window to get the temperature down. We messed up when booking a room and ended up with a room that didn't have a shower/bath.
