A wonderful stay. Super close to subway lines and lots of tasty restaurants! They had a bunch of free amenities to grab in case we had forgotten something and staff was so accommodating and friendly! My sister and I loved our stay here. The staff also spoke English fairly well, which was very nice. I also loved the digital check in!

The location was good, near a subway station (1-2min walk) accessible thru staircase (Exit 5). For subway exit 4A near elevator access for luggage, around 5 mins walk. The area was safe, near malls and eating places. But would require several subway stops to go to most areas of interest. The hotel room itself was small but with needed amenities and good sized bathroom. The room was clean. And the connecting rooms were convenient for family. The temperature control was good too

Staff were incredibly helpful and assisted in forwarding our luggage to our next hotel. Loved having all the amenities accessible in the lobby, the microwave came in handy for some late night bites. Overall, we had a very nice stay there and would book again. The room had typical wear and tear but was clean overall. It’s also located in a great spot to get around very easily on the city.
