小河内ダム建設工事殉難者慰霊碑（東京都西多摩郡奥多摩町大字原、小河内ダム右岸園地） 1936年に着工、1957年に竣工した小河内ダムで、建設工事中に殉職した87名の慰霊碑。 1958年3月20日除幕。

Some No Komichi (染の小道) is an event that showcases the art of traditionally dyed fabric, which was one of Shinjuku's largest industries in the early 1900s. There are still several small factories in the area that keep this tradition alive.

During the event, Myoshoji River turns into a gallery with colorfully dyed fabric flowing in the wind. The shops in the surrounding area of Ochiai and Nakai also participate by hanging beautiful curtains called "noren," made from dyed fabric, in front of their doors and windows.

*Many people come to this event wearing kimonos. There's also a kimono rental shop here, if you want to wear one for a day as well.

*Some No Komichi is held in Nakai (Shinjuku-ward, Tokyo) every year in late February.
