Close to everything but nit right in the middle of the congestion. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Restraunt breakfast buffet was amazing, gotta get the fluffy pancakes.. 7/11 attached behind hotel is amazing for anything you mightv eed 24/7.. would definitely stay again..

Booked here twice now, and each times have been a pleasurable experience. Breakfast is always amazing with high quality food and theres a seven eleven that connects with the building on the basement floor that is perfect for late night snacks or food. The hotel is nearby a bus to and from the airport, and is 2 streets away from a train station. The rooms are amazing and great for staying. The bathrooms are exceptional. There are so many amazing parts of the bathroom like the amount of space, a shower room with a rooftop shower and a bath that has to be used if you stay here. The staff here are also very kind and was welcoming to my family.

Helpful staff. Awesome breakfast, check out the Chicken Karaage, Mackerel & Japanese meals. Rooms are spacious enough, clean, complete amenities. Love the bathroom & the shower! We chose this area specifically for tours pick up location. Otherwise short walk to the busy streets of Shinjuku. Definitely recommended & I would stay again with this hotel chain. Bonus: 7/11 that is open 24 hours/day located at the basement of the building!
